An Industrial Quadruped Built for Tough Environments

The DEEP Robotics Lynx M20 — an industrial quadruped robot designed for inspection and patrol — is now supported thanks to a community contribution.

What You Can Do

  • Walk in four gaits — Basic, standard stairs, agile flat, and agile stairs — switch between them with a word
  • Drive with precision — Axis control and velocity commands with configurable duration; a 0.5s watchdog ensures the robot stops if communication is lost
  • See front and back — Dual H.265 cameras stream live video from both ends of the robot
  • Scan the environment — Front and rear lidar for 360° spatial awareness
  • Monitor health — 16 joint states, dual batteries, IMU, temperature, and error reporting all accessible through conversation
  • Motion event stream — Real-time notifications when the robot starts moving, changes gait, stops, or encounters errors
